Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Top USA Souvenirs, we supply wholesale souvenirs and gift products to retailers, gift shops, souvenir stores, and destination-based businesses.

We want every order to arrive in good condition and match the products you selected. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and help resolve it.

Returns

Returns may be accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

Before sending any items back, please contact us first for return approval and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom products, name-drop items, and products made with custom text, location names, store names, or special artwork are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

Because these items are made specifically for your store or destination, all custom orders are considered final once approved and produced.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

We are not responsible for damage reported after the inspection period unless otherwise approved by our team.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with your order information and photos of the product issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom name-drop products
Personalized products with custom text
Special-order items
Used or opened products
Items not in original packaging
Items damaged after delivery
Clearance or final-sale items

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, defective merchandise, or damage approved by our team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns. Top USA Souvenirs is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Standard product orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Custom orders may be canceled only before production has started. Once a custom order has been approved and production begins, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
